Food Ingredients Europe is a very important event for the food industry. All kinds of market players are present, showcasing their portfolio and their new products/innovations. It is an ideal place to screen the food landscape, who else is out there with similar or new technologies. This information is important for our innovations, to see where the gaps are or how we can differentiate.
Furthermore, this event allows you to meet easily with a lot of people from the industry. Potential customers, start-ups, but also competition and other market players, which can provide essential information about the market or trends. And the Fi is a great way to obtain validation or market information necessary for innovations/projects (as counterpart or confirmation or desk research)
Personally, the Fi was great for me to get a picture of the food industry and to learn what the future of nutrition holds, which is important to shape new innovations and projects for Cosun.
All in all, a great and inspiring event!
